No. Despite the name, it is not a protected area: it is an apartment hotel — a commercial, hotel-operated property. It does sit directly beside a protected area: the plot borders the protected pine forest of Ayubia National Park, which is where the name comes from.
On the main Nathia Gali road in the Galiyat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, at roughly 7,900 ft (2,400 m). It is the only development of its kind directly on the main road, and it borders Ayubia National Park forest.

The studios are sold out. One bedroom residences start from PKR 3.9 crore, two bedroom from PKR 7.1 crore, three bedroom from PKR 12.5 crore and penthouses from PKR 20 crore. Studios are 390 to 416 sq ft. One bedroom residences run 607 to 1,170 sq ft, two bedroom 1,056 to 2,305 sq ft, three bedroom 1,856 to 2,189 sq ft, and the eight penthouses 2,291 to 3,714 sq ft.
Yes. The project holds Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) approval, EPA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa environmental approval and Forest Department clearance.
Site works are already underway, with enabling works and then main construction following. Handover is in 2030.
Yes. It is built to run through all four seasons, including the snow months when most of Nathia Gali closes. Heated interiors, covered arrival, a staffed estate and a heated outdoor pool that stays open in the snow.
No. A helipad appeared in early concept material and was removed from the scheme. The rooftop space on Tower B is a bookable event terrace instead.
