After handover the Reserve runs as one full service apartment hotel, open all four seasons and staffed all year. Every residence is operated inside it by the Reserve’s own team: bookings, housekeeping and maintenance handled, with no caretaker and no chowkidar. You hold the title and use your residence when you wish; the rest of the year it works.

Is The Nathia Reserve approved?

Yes. The project holds Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) approval, EPA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa environmental approval and Forest Department clearance.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes: 10% to book, then 1% monthly, with 10% due only on possession. The full schedule is released to the registered founders' list, and is set out in the buyer documentation.

Can overseas Pakistanis buy?

Yes. Overseas buyers are welcome, and the documentation and payment routes for non resident purchasers are set out in the buyer pack issued on registration.

Is it open in winter?

Yes. It is built to run through all four seasons, including the snow months when most of Nathia Gali closes. Heated interiors, covered arrival, a staffed estate and a heated outdoor pool that stays open in the snow.
