Yes. Owners may enrol in the Reserve's managed rental programme, under which the building's own hotel team handles bookings, housekeeping, maintenance and guest servicing, and the owner receives a share of the income.
What rental return does The Nathia Reserve offer?
The managed rental programme targets up to 20%* rental ROI post-handover. Any contractual minimum applies only from Year 2 of hotel operations and is defined in the signed buyer documentation. See the footnote below.
Is the rental return guaranteed?
No. It is a projection. Anyone representing this project who tells you the rental return is guaranteed is speaking outside their authority. The signed buyer documentation defines what an owner is contractually entitled to, and it prevails over all marketing material.

Elevate Holdings operates it directly. There is no international hotel operator involved at this stage and no plan to appoint one — so one party is accountable for the building, the brand and owner income.
