The Residences

From studios
to penthouses.

The Nathia Reserve comprises 131 residences across 16 floors — 6 studios at 350 sq ft, 78 one-bedroom (570–993 sq ft), 27 two-bedroom (1,036–1,326 sq ft), 12 three-bedroom (1,389–1,460 sq ft) and 8 penthouses (1,495–2,275 sq ft) with private terrace pools.

The mix

There are 131 residences in total, arranged over 16 floors across two towers joined by a glass skywalk. Every unit is sold — Elevate Holdings retains none for itself.

What comes with the residence

Penthouses

The eight penthouses occupy the top of the building, from 1,495 to 2,275 sq ft, with private terrace pools and the full sweep of the valley. They are the last stock released and are not part of the early founders' allocation.

Choosing a residence

Aspect matters more here than floor number. Units facing the valley carry the long view toward Abbottabad; units facing the ridge look into protected forest that cannot be built out. Corner units carry two aspects. Floor plates, orientation and the full unit schedule are walked through individually with registered founders.

On pricing: The Nathia Reserve does not publish prices or a payment schedule. Both are released directly to the founders' list ahead of public launch. Any price you see for this project on a third-party website is not issued by Elevate Holdings.
